.....Respondents Prayer :Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife Sumaiah, aged about 28 years wife of Sheik Azaruthin and his 2 daughters namely Sulika aged 9 years and Shahis aged 2 years daughters of Sheik Azaruthin.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH,J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the detenue was present along with her daughters. She stated that she was married to the petitioner 11 years back and through the wedlock, there are two daughters. There was some matrimonial dispute, as a result of which, the detenue took away the two daughters and is presently living at Coimbatore. She specifically stated that she will not go along with the petitioner.

2. In the light of the specific stand taken by the detenue, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
