The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition apprehending that he may be arrested.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) produced a copy of the communication given by the defacto complainant A.Prabhu calling upon the respondent police not to take action on the complaint given by him. It is seen that such a letter was issued since the petitioner has agreed to settle the claim of the defacto complainant. But the petitioner has not settled the claim of the defacto complainant. Based on the letter given by the defacto complainant, the present complaint has since been closed.
