Mr.N.Mohan, the learned counsel for the Petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
