PRAYER in S.A.(MD) No.673 of 2014 :

Pleased to pass a judgement and decree, setting aside the judgment and decree dated 09.04.2014 passed in the appeal in A.S.No.60 of 2013 on the file of the Additional subordinate Judge, Dindigul confirming the judgement and decree dated 29.11.2012 passed in the suit in O.S.No.203 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif, Nilakottai and decree the suit in entirety with costs throughout.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.MOHAN GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition, to condone the delay of 1096 days in filing the restoration petition, is allowed on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRIPKM (Account No.10767823177, IFSC: SBIN0000898, State Bank of India, Periyakulam Branch) on or before 12.09.2022.
