ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the Sale Deed bearing No.2540 of 2024, dated 16.05.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent in so far as the recitals with regard to 12 feet width South North Cart Track alleged to be situated in the petitioner's land in Survey No.447/2 and 447/4 situated at Ayyalur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, under Section 77 - A of the Registration Act, 1908 considering his Application dated 28.05.2024. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing 2/4

notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
