PRAYER in SA(MD) No.673 of 2014:

To set aside the Judgment and decree dated 09.04.2014 made in A.S.No.60 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Judge, Dindigul confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 29.11.2012 made in O.S.No.203 of 2008 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Nilakkottai. ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.MOHAN GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioners, the Court made the following order:- This Court, by virtue of order dated 22.06.2023, allowed this petition on payment of cost.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he was not aware of the order passed by this Court on 22.06.2023. However, he submits that, if some time is granted, the petitioners would deposit the cost imposed by this Court.

3. The petitioners are directed to deposit the cost imposed by this Court on or before 08.08.2023.
