ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus, seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2026 and pass orders within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. A perusal of the representation reveals that the petitioner alleges that he has been excommunicated and they are not collecting taxes from him and not permitting him to participate in the temple festival. 2/4

3. Considering the fact that the temple festival is commencing from 25.05.2026, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2026 and pass orders before 25.05.2026.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
