Heard both sides.
2.By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents.
4. According to the Petitioner / Society, it had addressed a communication, dated 25.02.2016, to the First Respondent / District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Registrar (Societies), Virudhunagar District, interalia stating that new Executive Members were elected and also they have enclosed Form VII, General Body Resolution in Form-VI and ultimately, made a request to accept the same. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits fairly that the Petitioner / Society had remitted the Registration charges amounting to Rs.400/-, on 25.02.2016. Till date, it appears that the Petitioner's representation, dated 25.02.2016, is still pending, before the First Respondent and not yet disposed of.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner / Society in the main Writ Petition is seeking only a limited relief viz., for passing of an order by this Court in directing the First Respondent / District Registrar (Societies), Virudhunagar District, to dispose of its representation, dated 25.02.2016, this Court, at this stage, simpliciter, directs the First Respondent to look into the representation of the Petitioner / Society, dated 25.02.2016, and to dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by passing a reasoned speaking order, on merits, (of course, by following the principles of natural justice in true letter and spirit, by issuing notice to the Petitioner / Society and others concerned, if any, if situation so warrants). The Petitioner / Society is also require to lend its assistance and the co-operation to the First Respondent so as to enable the latter to do the needful, within the time determined by this Court, as stated supra.
6. With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
