ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case, on the basis of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.8758 of 2014 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, dated 01.10.2014.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, a case in Crime No.28 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 120B, 420 and 506 (2) of IPC has been registered against 4 accused persons.
