Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st Respondent to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 127 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to register the First Information Report and to complete the investigation in accordance with law.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to comply with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.127 of 2023 dated 09.02.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to register the First Information Report and to complete the investigation in accordance with law.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the order passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli has already been complied and that the FIR has been registered against in Crime No.126 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.
3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
