This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2022 and to take appropriate action on the above said representation.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, has given mental cruelty and torture to the petitioner. Therefore, she has given a representation to the first respondent on 28.05.2022. Since the same has not been considered by the respondent Police, the present petition has been filed before this Court. She would further submit that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.905 of 2018 and a maintenance case in M.C.No.124 of 2018 before the concerned Court and both were ordered in favour of the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the enquiry in the said complaint has been conducted and closed.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
