Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail. 1/3

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in possession of 22 kilograms of ganja. 3.Considering the provision under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985, the earlier application was dismissed by this Court. This application has been filed on the ground of medical ailment.

4.This Court by earlier order, dated 08.08.2024, has directed the respondent police to ascertain from the concerned Doctor as to the condition of the petitioner, whether he requires any special treatment.

5.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has filed a report stating that the petitioner is not having any ailment serious in nature, which requires any special treatment. 6.Considering the report filed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
