ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4344 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1742 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition more than two months.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4344 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1742 of 2025, dated 01.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
