RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT For Petitioner : Mr.V.KANNAN, Advocate For Respondent : Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 506 (i) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.251 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant running a shop under the name and style of S.N.Traders dealing with building materials. When he demanded the accused No.1 herein to pay the amount due to him for his purchases, he scolded him in filthy language and on 10.09.2018 at about 10.30 p.m. he along with the accused No.2 along with the petitioner trespassed in to the shop of the defacto complainant and damaged CCTV Camera, TATA ACE vehicle and Asbestos Sheets worth about totally Rs.80,000/- and threatened him with dire consequences.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- into the crime number.

5.Accordingly, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- into the crime number. On such deposit, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain other conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
