ORDER: This petition coming on for orders on this day,upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.NIRANJAN.S.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8627 of 2021 dated 05.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some health issues, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
