ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5467 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2086 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 40 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5467 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2086 of 2025, dated 24.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on hearing dates.
