Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 4 to 7 herein in the petitioner's land in Madurai Town, Arapalayam Village S.Nos.9/4, and 9/5 and now Town Survey in T.S.No.4/15, in ward 24 and Block No.1 and an extent of said survey number is 76 feet North to South and 60 feet East to West and further direct to the respondents 2 and 3 not to give any plan approval and receipt in the petitioner's land to anybody.
