ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur (FAC), vide the Letter in D.No.90, dated 29/01/2021 and the Principal District and Sessions Judge, (FAC), Sivagangai, D.No.710/2021dated 02/02/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. J. Anandkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and none appearance of the respondent counsel, this Court made the following order:

This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur, Sivagangai District, to complete the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16995 of 2018 on 24.09.2018. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur, Sivagangai District, has sought for further extension of time of one month.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppathur, Sivagangai District, in the letter in D.No.710/2021/HCA dated 02.02.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.
