ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.334 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram, which was taken on file in PRC.No.37 of 2021 and the case has been posted to 01.11.2021 for appearance of the accused.

3.Since the final report has been filed, the case has been taken cognizance and the committal proceedings has also been going on, this petition has now become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
