ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Yesu Subananth, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, Government Advocate(Crl Side) for the Respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
"This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.864 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.987 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be relaxed. 2/4
4. Accordingly, the condition No.4 already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.864 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.987 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025 is hereby relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Chennai on all hearings and as and when required."
