PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.15 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is running a travel agency in the name and style of Nassa Tour and Travels, the defacto complainant has introduced 30 persons to the petitioner for getting job in Malaysia, for which the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.10,90,000/- (each Rs.60,000/-) but, the petitioner did not arrange the job and return the amount. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.10,90,000/- from 30 persons for getting job, but, the petitioner did not arrange the job and return the amount. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there are specific allegations as against the petitioner herein, therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
