When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the name of the petitioner/ Shanmuganathan is now deleted from the case registered in Crime No.228 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., dated 21.06.2022.
