ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the names of the respondents 4 to 6 in joint patta No.628 and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner in patta No.682 for the property in Survey No.61/12 situated at Minikiyur Village, Pirampatti North, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 24.01.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.08.2025, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that he has handed over the case papers to the petitioner in the year 2024 with consent of change of vakalat. Recording the said memo, the Registry was directed to remove the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner and 2/4

list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 26.08.2025 by printing the name of the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 26.08.2025), despite printing the name of the petitioner, there is no representation for the petitioner.
