RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the common judgment of learned Additional district and sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.A.No.12/2016 dated 14.03.2018 confirming the judgment dated 13.3.15 passed in SC No. 88 of 2007 on the file of learned Assistant sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and enlarge him on bail pending disposal of Criminal Revision case Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Govt. Advocate (Crl.

Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is the second accused and he was found guilty in S.C.No.88 of 2007, on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram and the same was confirmed by the learned additional District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.A.No.12 of 2016.

2. This Court has already entertained the Criminal Revision Cases filed by accused No.1 and accused No.9 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.304 of 2018 and Crl.R.C.(MD)No.256 of 2018 and had also suspended the sentence pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Cases.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that certain arguable points have been raised by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the same requires examination in detail and it will take some more time for this Court to dispose https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the Criminal Revision Case. Therefore, the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in S.C.No.88 of 2007 is hereby suspended and the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on the following conditions:

(a) The petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the trial Court with two sureties each for a like sum; and (b) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
