[This Court suo motu impleaded the 3rd respondent vide order of this Court, dated 13.06.2025] PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the Government Guide Line value in survey No.1835/3A, for an extent of 96.33 cents of land in Kambiliyampatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the

petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2025 within time as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to fix the Government Guide Line value in survey No.1835/3A, for an extent of 96.33 cents of land in Kambiliyampatti Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the petitioners representation dated 17.05.2025 within time as stipulated by this Court.

2. It is submitted by both sides that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul District, Dindigul, has to fix the guideline value and also issue a 'No Objection Certificate'. Therefore, this Court has suo motu impleaded the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul District, Dindigul, as the third respondent.

3.Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to fix the guideline value and issue a 'No Objection Certificate' within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said guideline value, the Registration Department is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2025, within a period of eight weeks, therefrom.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
