ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.13 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner had been arrested this morning (20.05.2026).

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed, with liberty granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in accordance with law.
