This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in favour of the petitioner's son Arul Anselam on 10.09.2020 in respect of the property comprised in S.No.266/1 M situated at Keelakurichi, Thiruverumbur taluk, Trichy District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the sale deed was registered as Doc. No. 3555/2021 and was released to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
