Respondent/Complainant PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 528 of BNS Act, 2023 PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.7117 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025 that they will produce single surety for their appearance before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District and they sign before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m., except 3rd petitioner, until further orders. For Respondent : Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7117 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025 that they will produce single surety for their appearance before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukkottai District and they sign before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.00 a.m., except the 3rd petitioner, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph no.7(iii) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7117 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025 is modified as follows :

"7(iii) The petitioners (except third petitioner-Ambi) shall stay at Tiruchirappalli and sign before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Tiruchirappalli District daily once at 10.00 a.m., until further orders."
