This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose the Enquiry proceedings initiated against the petitioner in bearing No.1377/Legal 06/Olungu/TNSTC/2019 dated 02.05.2019 within a stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation fairly submitted before this Court that the first respondent will pass the final order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation, this court directs the first respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings in accordance with law and pass the final order as expeditiously as possible within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
