ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 26.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 399 of IPC, in Crime No.1058 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is having 23 previous cases against him. 3.Therefore, when this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
