Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Bank to sanction and disburse the educational loan for a sum of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand Only) for Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) Degree course for the Academic Years 2016-2018 more particularly within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent-Bank to disburse educational loan. 2.According to the petitioner, he has filed an application to the respondent-Bank seeking educational loan, but the Bank did not consider the same. Keeping the application pending. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submitted that the petitioner not even filed any application at the first instance, hence, they were not in a position to sanction the loan. After filing the Writ Petition, he has filed an application and it is under consideration.

4.Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent/Bank, the respondent is directed to consider the educational loan application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
