This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents Nos. 1 to 5 to provide adequate compensation to the petitioner's family for the death of the petitioners son happened out of the inaction of TANGEDCO by considering the petitioners representation dated 15.6.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the compensation of a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- have already been paid to the petitioner. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
