Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to transfer the petitioner to any of the 8 Post Graduate Assistant (Maths) posts vacant in Kanyakumari Dist by considering the petitioners representation dated 08.02.2019 within a reasonable time as may be stipulated by this Honble Court.
