ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.162 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent.
3. Perused the materials placed on record.
4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 162 of 2015, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de-facto complainant.
