ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.21941 of 2018, dated 04.12.2018, this Contempt Petition is filed. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 04.12.2018, the Executive Officer, Vellore Panchayat issued a notice to the encroacher, who is the 5th respondent in the Writ Petition and on receipt of the said notice, the 5th respondent removed the pipeline and closed the bore well in the presence of the Executive Officer, Vellore Panchayat. Therefore, the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.The aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
