Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.KARTHIK, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 285 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.
2. Perused the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The delay of 285 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition is condoned on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) of the arrears amount of the maintenance before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanan in M.C.No.2 of 2019 on or before 22.08.2024, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically 2/3
3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
