Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12601 of 2017, dated 22.09.2017 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed. sd/- 24/09/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
