Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records of the impugned order dated 08.12.2015 by the 1st respondent in Na.ka.no.11233/2015/G3 and QUASH the same and consequently directing the respondents to pay the Medical claim as per the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Sundar Srinivasan For Contemnor : Mr.A.K.Manickam Standing Counsel for Govt.
