ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.09.2015 seeking to avail Monetary benefits to the petitioner's daughter provided under "Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Ninaivu Marriage Assistance Scheme" of Social Welfare Department.

2. According to the petitioner, he applied for the benefit under the said Scheme on 27.05.2015. But, so far the respondents did not consider the same and pass any orders. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader

appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that due to some snag in the computer, they have received the application belatedly. Now, they are ready to consider the same.

4. In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 27.05.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
