ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 294(b) and 323 I.P.C, in Crime No.177 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the above said offences are bailable offences. Hence, the petition for seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that subsequent this crime number, there is a complaint by the defacto complainant.

4.The leaned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that except the above said crime number, no other crime number has been registered against the petitioner.

5.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
