ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent submits that FIR has been registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.195 of 2026 on 18.05.2026 by the third respondent police.

3. In such view of the matter, it is open to the third respondent to follow due process of law for summoning the accused persons. As far as the complaint lodged before the fourth respondent is concerned, the same has already been forwarded to the third respondent, based upon which, the present FIR has been registered. The third respondent is directed to follow due process of law.

4. With the said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
