The present Writ Petition has been filed for Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that an enquiry was conducted and closed on 15.05.2026. He further submitted that they will not call the petitioner for any further enquiry.
