ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. According to the learned Government(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, a complaint has been lodged by the private respondents and CSR has been registered in CSR No.214 of 2026 on 08.04.2026 and the enquiry is going on.
3. In case if no cognisable offence is made out, the enquiry shall be completed within a period of 2(two) weeks.
4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
