Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJAPRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14493 of 2018, dated 21.08.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14493 of 2018, dated 21.08.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
