Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to publish the result of Dhobi post interview and select the petitioner in accordance with the ensuing result by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 9.6.2020 within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the impugned order in the writ petition which was challenged by the petitioner, has been withdrawn by the respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.11004/Ne3/1/2018, dated 22.09.2020.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed as no further order is required.
