ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 223 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.223 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 454, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 34 of IPC, against the petitioners. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was presented before the concerned Court, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.6036 of 2023.

Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.06.2023 NCC :
