ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid with the subsistence allowance from 19.07.2019, so far. In this regard the petitioner has submitted representations dated 23.09.2020, 16.10.2020 and 06.11.2020 to the respondents, however, the same did not evoke any response. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioner are directed to be considered, within a stipulated time limit.

W.P(MD)No.16688 of 2020 4.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 23.09.2020, 16.10.2020 and 06.11.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
