ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the second respondent herein to conduct the proper and further investigation in crime No.63 of 2023 on the file of 2nd respondent police based on the CCTV footage of nearby the Chinnakamanpatti Bus stop.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the CCTV Footage supplied by the petitioner which shows the involvement of the particular vehicle in the above said Crime was not considered by the respondents police. The second respondent has admitted that the CCTV footage received on 16.02.2023 and the same is available with the respondents them.

3. Let the investigation be made by the respondents on that line by identifying the above said vehicle find whether the occurrence has occurred due to the carelessness of the petitioner or the deceased, the same has to be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
