(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and carefully perused the materials placed on record.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for implementation of the recommendation made by the Tamil Nadu State Human Rights Commission, vide its order dated 06.01.2014, in SHRC Case No.3797 of 2007/C2.

3. The petitioner has not impleaded the persons, who were arrayed as respondents before the Human Rights Commission, against whom certain recommendations have been made by the Commission. That apart, the petitioner has not submitted any representation to the respondent seeking for implementation of the recommendation made by the Commission and without making any representation, he cannot straightaway rush to the Court and file this writ petition, especially when the Court cannot readily verify as to whether the respondents before the Commission have questioned the recommendation issued by the Human Rights Commission, vide its order dated 06.01.2014.

Thus, while closing the writ petition, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent and on such submission, the same shall be considered by the respondent in accordance with law.
