Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RAMAMOORTHI.B., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL. SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10426 of 2021, dated 11.08.2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 21.08.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
